The Troppman Grip stayed pretty much the same until 2003 when our Prosthetic technician Gary Tremblay came up with a way to make it more user friendly. With the previous Troppman Grip when the flexible hose wore out, the grip would have to be sent to Troppman's to get a new one put on. However with the new design the amputee is now able to unscrew the old worn out hose and replace it with a new one. Thus making the Troppman Grip usable by any amputee regardless of their location, as is the case in recent sales to amputees in North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Vancouver B.C. to name a few.
